Web and mobile apps,
built and shipped.

Veltarium is a founder-led software studio. We design, build, and launch web, mobile, and AI-powered apps. Our own product, SquadPact, runs adult soccer leagues on web, iOS, and Android from a single codebase.

Our work

Products we've designed, built, and shipped.

We run our own products in production, so we know what it takes to launch software and keep it running. Every product here was built in-house by the same team you'd work with.

SquadPact

Scheduling, RSVPs, chat, and payments for adult soccer leagues.

The problem
Volunteer team managers were spending hours each week copy-pasting schedules from league websites into group chats, then chasing RSVPs and dues by hand.
What we built
One app for web, iOS, and Android. Per-league scrapers pull in schedules, rosters, and results automatically. Players RSVP in one tap, chat with their team, and pay dues by Stripe, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. A scheduled season lifecycle moves every team through commitment, recruiting, payment, and active phases on its own.
The result
Schedules, rosters, and results now update automatically, which removes the weekly copy-paste work for team managers.

Founder & Lead Engineer

“You work directly with the engineer writing your code, from the first call through launch.”

I started Veltarium to build software for clients the same way I build my own products: a clear scope, a price agreed up front, and regular releases. I worked on every product on this site, from the database schema to the App Store listing.

How it works

A clear path from idea to launch.

You'll know what's happening at every stage, what it costs, and what you're getting. Most projects can start within a week or two of our first call.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A free call about your product, your users, and your constraints. By the end, you'll know whether we're a good fit for the project.

You get → A clear answer on fit

  2. 02

    Proposal

A written scope, timeline, and price in plain language. The price we quote is the price you pay for that scope.

You get → Written scope + fixed price

  3. 03

    Build

Short milestones, each ending with a demo of working software, so you can see progress as it happens.

You get → Working software every milestone

  4. 04

    Launch & beyond

Deployment, app store submission, monitoring, and handoff. If you want ongoing work, the team that built it maintains it.

You get → A live product you own

What you can count on

  • Price before work

Defined projects get a fixed price. You'll know the cost before anything starts.

  • You own the code

Source, designs, and infrastructure live in your accounts from day one.

  • Working demos

Every milestone ends with software you can click through and test yourself.

  • Early warnings

Realistic timelines, and we flag risks to scope, budget, or schedule as soon as we see them.

FAQ

Before you reach out.

Have another question? Email contact@veltarium.com and you'll hear back from the engineer who would build your project.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

New product builds, feature work on existing codebases, rescues of stalled projects, AI features, and ongoing development partnerships. We cover web, iOS, Android, backend, and deployment, so one team handles the whole project.

How do you price projects?

Defined projects get a fixed scope and a fixed price. Ongoing or open-ended work runs on a simple monthly arrangement. Either way, you'll know the cost before any work begins.

Can you add AI to an existing product?

Yes. We integrate models like Claude and GPT into existing apps for smart search, document processing, support assistants, and workflow automation. If a simpler approach would solve the problem better, we'll recommend it up front.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes. We'll turn your idea into a clear scope, explain trade-offs in plain language, and walk you through each technical decision before it's made.

What does communication look like during a project?

You work directly with the engineer building your product. Expect a demo of working software at every milestone and regular updates in whatever channel you prefer.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything we build for you is yours, including the source code, the designs, and the infrastructure. Work lives in your repositories from day one.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a week or two. Send a short description of your project and we'll set up a discovery call.
